This policy explains how we handle personal data you provide when using udae.ai, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Data we collect
Personal data collected through the website forms (name, company, email, optional phone, and message) is stored in files managed by the controller in order to maintain the professional relationship and provide the requested services.
Purpose of processing
The controller processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Providing services in line with the client's particular needs, in order to fulfil the signed contracts.
- Responding to requests received via the contact form and evaluating professional fit.
- Sending communications about udae publications and content, only if you have voluntarily subscribed to the newsletter.
You may object to receiving commercial communications at any time by writing to hola@udae.ai.
Retention period
Data is kept while the professional relationship is maintained or until you request its deletion, extended for the periods legally required by tax and contractual obligations (up to six years, article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code).
Legal basis
The processing of personal data is based on the performance of the contract or the request of the data subject, as well as on the express consent granted by accepting this policy.
Transfers
Data will not be communicated to any third party outside the controller, except by legal obligation. Hosting and technical tools for the site are provided by suppliers with whom the contractual relationship required by article 28 GDPR is in place.
Rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability of your data, by writing to hola@udae.ai or by post to Calle Pla de la Ramona 4, 46500 Sagunto (Valencia), Spain.

The controller applies the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data. We work under the principle of minimisation: only data strictly necessary for each purpose is collected.

The controller retains all copyright and intellectual property rights over the site's content. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
Commercial communications
In compliance with LSSI-CE, no unsolicited promotional emails are sent without prior authorisation from the recipient.
In the event of any discrepancy between this version and the Spanish version, the Spanish version shall prevail as the binding text.
